Returns + Exchanges

All purchases may be returned within 30 days of shipment received. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached. Any and all items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or credit. We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items. We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.

Before you ship anything back to us, you must contact us to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. You may contact us at customerservice@californianvintage.com for this number, which you should write on the outside of the box you send back. All return shipments should be sent via a trackable method.

Damaged and Incorrect items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 3 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. We'll email you a FedEx label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn't been used, worn or washed. 

When will my credit card be refunded?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.
